Mai Siam, which translates to ‘Thai Silk’ in English is an authentic range of Thai sauces and condiments. The products originated in Thai family kitchens with flavours developed as long ago as during the 16th century which featured the introduction of coconut milk and chilli.
This vegan and vegetarian range is free from shrimp paste. The range is exclusively produced in Thailand to the highest BRC standards and includes such traditional products as curry paste chilli sauces, Tom-Yum paste, coconut milk and rice noodles.
